Product may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase

Return Process

  • To request a return, contact Rainshower Customer Service by phone at (702) 483-4410 to request a Return.
  • The customer may request a product exchange for the returned item or a refund on the returned item.
  • The item(s) to be returned must include the product and any included parts and accessories.
  • The original packing slip should be included with the return; if the packing slip is not available, include the Order Number on a paper to be included with the return and/or the shipping box.
  • Ship all returns to: Rainshower Headquarters; Attn: Rainshower Customer Service - 7251 Cathedral Rock Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128
  • NOTE: Rainshower recommends that you insure any return shipments.
  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Refund Policy

  • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Rainshower will inspect the item(s) and take note of all the items included and their condition.
    • If the returned package is incomplete, Rainshower will first attempt to contact the customer to send out any missing parts for the return.
    • If any part is missing from return, the full value of the part cost will be deducted from the return.
    • Customer is responsible for any shipping charges.
    • Product must be undamaged and in original packaging.
    • If the missing parts cannot be returned, the cost for missing parts will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If returned items are determined to be damaged by the customer, the cost of damaged items will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If returned items are determined to be damaged in shipping, the cost of damaged items will not be held against the customer refund.
  • Once the return package has been inventoried, a refund will be issued to:
    • The credit card used for the purchase
  • The refund amount is equal to the purchase cost of the returned products, less the cost of any missing or damaged items and apply applicable restocking fees. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • The refund process can take up to two weeks to process and issue the refund.

Parts, Accessories, and Bath & Garden Products: 12-Month Warranty

  • Products are warranted for 12 months, and will be repaired or replaced at NO CHARGE
